ah. i'm finally sitting here blogging.
haha. okay. shall blog about today then.
i planned to meet huifang at 1.15 at tanah merah. i was walking to the mrt station halfway when i realised that i forgot to bring my phone! had to double back to take it! and obviously, i was late AGAIN.
we took a train to dover, which was like totally new to me. it was the first time i've ever been to dover, can you believe that?
we dropped at dover because we decided to go to jane's [ her cousin ] house. so by the time we reached there it was 2.30. thank god that we were crapping all the way there. haha. anyway, we finally found her house. her house was nice! the decor was good.
we lazed in her room until it was about 4.30 then the three of us took a train to boon lay and went to jurong point.
jurong point is a clone of tampines mall!!! they have so many similar shops! [ sorry if you guys know this already, but it was really my first time there. =) ] anyway, went to mos burger supposedly to have dinner but i ended up the only one eating! so, i settled with fries and a vanilla milkshake.
then after that we went to meet huifen's [ huifang's sister ] friend [ zi yang ] and walked around for abit before taking a shuttle bus to NUS where the concert was held.
the thing was, we didn't know where the fuck was the auditorium! NUS was so gigantic! so when the bus stopped and people started following people getting off, we just follow suit. haha. as you can guess, we ended up getting lost and walking somemore.
we finally found the auditorium, thanks to a little map in the center of the place.
went in. at last! air-con! i could not be happier.
until i saw chee sim and calvin plus some other bdsians.
went to find a seat. the songs were quite nice. the junior colleges' band members in singapore mixed to perform for this concert. huifen was in this concert too which was why we wanted to go watch.
by the way, she plays the bassoon.
we were sitting from 7 to 10. when i stood up, i couldn't even walk properly! lol. we walked somemore to the bus stop which seemed like a hundred miles away. the bus was so crowded. finally had seats enough for the four of us. took the bus to boon lay mrt.
we wanted to have supper but huifang didn't want. oh well.
took the train back to tanah merah. we spoke lots of crap on the train home too. zi yang was really funny! by the time i reached tanah merah, it was almost 11.20.
called my mum to fetch me home and here i am now blogging with an empty stomach.
lol.
